《绯闻女孩》第二季第一集插曲来自Lady GaGa所演唱的单曲《Paparazzi》。由GaGa和Rob Fusari共同撰写，收录在Lady GaGa的首张专辑《The Fame》中。它在2009年7月5日作为专辑的第四支单曲发行。

  第一次听见"Paparazzi"时，你可能会以为这是一首向镜头示爱的歌，但事实上，GaGa认为这本身就是一个玩笑：“在某个层次来看，这的确是在讲怎么吸引狗仔队的目光、让自己成名，但也不是完全这么严肃就是了，也许它反映了大家对这件事的看法，但从另一角度来看，它也可以是在讲爱上一个男生后，能不能人财两得、名利双收的挣扎。”
